GENERAL
The Client hereby agrees to engage the Contractor to provide the Client with the following services (the “Services”)
The Services Provided will also include any other tasks which the Client and Contractor may agree on. The Contractor hereby agrees to provide such services to the client.PAYMENTS
The Client will be expected to pay either entirely up front. Partial refunds are only available under specific circumstances as outlined by the Agreement. The refund percentage will be decided at the sole discretion of the Contractor.REVISIONS
The Client is allowed one (1) large revision during the sketching phase, designs cannot be changed during the process.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Delivery will be on an orderly basis depending on the Clients specific commission and the effort required for the work to be finished. Details should be talk through when needed.USE
Personal use preferred, if wanted to use for any commercial use fees will be added ranging from an additional 50%-100% depending on the use intended and the work needed.REFUNDS
During the art stage, partial refunds are available depending on the level of progress madeOnce a refund has been requested, the product made up to that point will NOT be delivered and all rights to the Service and design (if created by the Contractor) will belong to the Contractor.COMMUNICATION
Communication should be done VIA email, Twitter, or Discord.The Contractor has the right to refuse/cancel a Service due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, and any breach of the Agreement. The definition of each is at the discretion of the Contractor
